Senior Adult Fitness Training with John

Since June of 2014, John has been teaching Senior Adult Group Fitness classes at assisted living and rehab centers through out Connecticut.

The participants of John’s classes range from ages 65 to over 100 and have various capabilities. Some train with standing and sitting exercises, while others use walkers and wheel chairs. They are very inspiring to work with and watch. John keeps them motivated, safely moving and helps them live a happy & healthy active lifestyle. He keeps participants engaged and having fun.

John is very versatile in his skill to work with them and adjust the work outs and training to people’s abilities. He is innovative and can alter exercises to fit any conditions.

Most classes last about 45 minutes and we use body weight exercises, resistance bands, free weights and other equipment.
